- Do points expire?
- Yes — 12 months after they’re added to your account. Your education hours never do; those are a lifetime total.
- Which bookings earn points?
- Camps, trips, experiences and hostel stays booked directly with Rafiki. You’ll see how many points a booking earns beside its price as you browse.
- Booked before you joined?
- Sign in and claim the points for a past booking — we match it on the booking reference and the name on it.
- Is this the same as the education hours programme?
- No — those are separate. Education hours fund a child’s learning and don’t cost you anything extra; points are yours to spend on your own next trip. Each 10 Euros are equivalent to 1 hour of education for a child.
