Cancellation Policy

If you've booked a refundable rate through our website, you're required to cancel at least 7 days (168 hours) before your scheduled check-in time in order to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in a charge equivalent to the entire stay.

Please note, no refunds will be issued for guests who decide to shorten their stay after check-in.

• Non-refundable: up to 30 days before a camp/trip
• Partial refund: 50% refund up to 45 days before a camp/trip
• Fully refundable: up to 60 days before a camp/trip

Events and day trips are refundable 7 days before the date. Otherwise, they are non-refundable.
